Since all of our products are made-to-order (print-on-demand), we kindly ask you to review our policy carefully before purchasing.

🔥 All Sales Are Final

Because each item is created specifically for you when you place an order, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations unless the product you receive is defective or damaged.

Please double-check sizing, color choices, and order details before finalizing your purchase.

🛠️ Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will make it right.
Please email us at support@btfd.shop within 7 days of receiving your order, with the following:

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the defective or damaged item

• Your order number

If approved, we will either replace the item at no cost or offer a refund at our discretion.

🚚 Return Shipping

If a return is authorized, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
Returned items must be in new, unused, unwashed condition.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

❗ Important Notes

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, as detailed sizing charts are provided on each product page.

• Color variances may occur due to screen settings and printing processes and are not considered defects.

• Order mistakes (wrong size, wrong color ordered) are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
